Our services
Non-clinical support for daily living, shaped around each senior's routine. Every service starts with a free in-home consultation.
Companionship
We understand how important it is for seniors to feel heard, seen and valued. Our caregivers build meaningful connections through conversation, shared activities and simply being present, offering heartfelt companionship and emotional support that brighten each day.
Daily assistance
Staying fresh and clean can become more challenging with age. Our caregivers offer gentle, respectful support with bathing, grooming, dressing and daily hygiene, helping seniors feel comfortable, confident and cared for.
Mobility support
Regular movement keeps the body strong and the mind sharp. We provide safe walking assistance at home or outdoors and gently guide seniors through simple, doctor-approved exercises to support mobility and overall well-being.
Light housekeeping
A clean, organized home can make a world of difference. Our caregivers assist with light chores like tidying up, washing dishes and vacuuming, helping keep the living space safe, comfortable and welcoming.
Laundry and linen care
We handle laundry with care, including washing, folding, changing bed linens and ironing when needed, so seniors can feel fresh, comfortable and at ease in their own home.
Doctor visit assistance
Medical visits can sometimes feel overwhelming. We provide safe transportation and accompany seniors to their appointments, offering comfort and support, and helping keep family members informed every step of the way.
Meals, groceries and errands
We prepare meals, pick up groceries and take care of everyday errands, and we can give medication reminders so the day stays on track.
Respite for family caregivers
Caring for a parent or spouse is meaningful work, and it is also tiring. We step in for a few hours or on a regular schedule so family caregivers can take time for themselves.
Seasonal and other help
We offer seasonal help like light gardening and snow removal, gentle decluttering support, and assistance with forms and basic admin tasks, making daily life a little easier and more manageable for seniors.
